Information involved in a visit or message

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you choose to send. Avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for the question.

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Hosting and security services may process the requested address, time, IP address, browser or device information, and signals used to detect abuse. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions. These services operate even when you do not send a message.

Why we process information

We use information to provide and secure the site, respond to messages, investigate reported errors, and meet applicable obligations. Contact details are not sold or added to a marketing list. We may inspect aggregate service metrics to understand availability and performance.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides delivery, hosting, and form protection. Contact messages are routed to the site's designated Google Gmail inbox for review and replies. Cookies, measurement, and advertising

The site does not currently load Google Analytics or Google advertising tags. Security and form services may use technical signals and necessary browser storage. The cookie policy describes current use and choices.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, page views, and page-load performance through a browser script. These metrics help us understand how the site is used and where loading may be slow. If Google advertising is enabled later, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve and measure ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize advertising. You can manage personalization in Google Ad Settings and read Google's partner-site explanation. We will update this policy and implement required consent controls before enabling advertising.

Retention and your requests

We retain correspondence while reasonably needed to answer the message, investigate a correction, protect the site, or meet an applicable obligation. Provider retention of security and service data follows the applicable service settings and terms; we do not promise that every provider record is deleted when an email is removed.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, or request a copy of personal information. Send your request to our contact address with enough detail to identify the message. We may need to verify that the request relates to you. Do not email identity documents unless a secure and necessary verification method has been agreed.

Children and changes

The site serves a general audience and does not seek personal information from children. If you believe a child sent personal information, contact us so we can review it. This page will be updated when the site's data practices materially change.
