We are Silas and Juliana Payao, the people behind JundHaus. The site brings together cleaning routines, decluttering decisions, and storage ideas that a reader can adapt to the home they actually have.
Start with the problem in front of you
You do not need to reorganize the whole house to make one cupboard easier to use. Our guides focus on a particular task: choosing what stays on a bathroom counter, keeping pantry backups visible, or cleaning low trim with a tool you can control comfortably.

How the guidance is prepared
A guide starts with a reader question. We organize the explanation around the checks and decisions that question needs, using identifiable sources for consequential claims. Product instructions, material-care guidance, and public safety information matter more than a universal cleaning trick.
Digital tools can assist with research organization, drafting, and editing. They do not establish that advice is correct or that a task was personally tested. We do not present illustrative examples or photographs as evidence of an experiment.
Our editorial policy explains sources, authorship, corrections, and substantive updates. An article's length follows the task; repeated tips and unrelated links do not add depth.
Know when a guide cannot answer
A storage sketch cannot establish a shelf's load limit or the right fixing for a wall. A photograph cannot identify mold, certify that a cleaner is safe for a finish, or tell you how a particular appliance should be dismantled. Follow the instructions for the actual product and seek appropriate help when inspection or specialist work is needed.
